September to February :

BOOKING POLICIES:
● No Pets, No Smoking Policy At All Times
● MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY. LESS THAN 3 NIGHTS Add $125 Cleaning Charge
● 25% of the total rent is required at the time of booking with the balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival
● A security deposit of $250 is also required 2 weeks prior to arrival
● We have a strict no pet, no smoking policy.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
● If you cancel 1 month prior to arrival, $100 administration charge, all other balances paid will be refunded
● If you cancel less than a month prior to arrival, 25% of total rent is charged, all other balances paid will be refunded
