Summer Season

$1700 Week (for weeks that include long weekends)

July (by the week only):
$1700 Week
$1800 (for weeks that include long weekends)

August (by the week only):
$1900 Week
$2000 (for weeks that include long weekends)

Fall / Winter Season

September to February :
$200 Weekdays
$275 Weekends
$1300 Per Week

BOOKING POLICIES:
● No Pets, No Smoking Policy At All Times
● MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY. LESS THAN 3 NIGHTS Add $125 Cleaning Charge
●25% of the total rent is required within 10 days of booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
● A security deposit of $250 is also required 2 weeks prior to arrival
● More than 8 people, add additional $125 Cleaning Charge
● We have a strict no pet, no smoking policy.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
● If you cancel 45 days prior to arrival, $100 administration charge will apply. All other balances paid will be refunded
● If you cancel less than 45 days prior to arrival no refund will be provided.
